I would imagine your Master will be extremely pleased with you. He will very much wish to include you in his birthday festivities before, during and after he ravishes the other sub. You will MUCH deserve the attention you receive, should you make this happen for him. The cake in bed is also a wonderful idea. Use my suggestion as a mere blueprint and add all of your own creative ideas. In that way the idea will become your own and he will be forever pleased with you.

If you really wish to see him smile, link up with another sub. Place a big red bow around her neck and place her on Master's bed. Then wait for master at the front door with a dog collar and leash around your neck. Hold the end in your mouth as if you want him to take you for a walk. Go crazy with excitement when you see him. Then, when he takes the leash, lead him to the bedroom door and watch his surprise when he sees his present.
Only you know your Master well enough to know what he would realy like. So use that knowledge and the tags incoperated in the blog and take them to the farthest limit you can. On another note he has you and I'm sure you he feels are his best gift

So you're a puppy girl and want to please your Master for his birthday. Your Master is obviously into simple pleasures. Puppy Masters like simple acts of love, and usually aren't into "things" per se, but more into honest simple gestures.
Honestly, puppy gals are pretty delightful anyway. I mean what more could he want? One thing you could do is find one of those dog tag machines at a pet store and make a heart shaped tag that says "I Love My Master" and put in on your collar. Small, honest and sentimental. Also not too expensive. He will see it often and smile. When you look up at him he will see your heart dangling just under your chin and know you made that for him to enjoy.
If you want to DO something special, you could give him a tongue bath. Lick him from his ankles all the way up in that intense doggy way. Of course he may already have you do that, so I don't know how special that would be.
The full body massage bellus suggested is also a great idea. Hard to complain about that, for sure.
And cake, like pip said, is an inexpensive gift and a traditional birthday delight.
You could do all three and silly as it may sound, I'm sure your Master will be very pleased at the simple sentiment and love behind it all.
Mostly just be your delightful self and I'm sure his birthday will be special.
