    He has been keeping me much busier than expected, these days I do not have so much computer time at my disposal.....

    Sometimes the seeds of what you sow return to haunt you............

   He’s a changed man since his stroke, not in large ways but subtle ones. He’s spookier, he speaks less and takes his time to reply almost to the point of making the conversation uncomfortable. Does he know he is doing this, I am unsure. I can see he scares people, at times even the likes of me. I still ponder how he got such a good job. Pedigree I guess.

    He has not touched me, or even initiated what used to be such an easy endeavor for him in times past. Have I become so vulgar, does he at last see after my absence the ugliness that is now me? I do not understand. He still looks at me with all the intensity of a savage not to be denied. What is going on in his head? I hope he will tell me, if, and when he is ready.......

    I sat by the door last night until almost one pining for him. He walked in, pat me on the head, put his work things down and drew me up and marched me to bed. He lay down beside me and fell asleep very swiftly. Is this all there is? 

    Master Svend had set in place some very stringent conditions for my return. If he detected any of these conditions not being met, he would he said come for me forthwith. In a way I would now be shared between the two brothers, a most interesting if somewhat unorthodox arrangement.

    What a challenge it is to write clearly and concisely of events I do not understand, yet as I read this back, I feel it is one of the most powerful if not the best things I have ever penned.
