New ideas about regulating weight

So, I have been off and on my weightloss goals over the last year and have gained back a few pounds. It was slow, but it happened. My pants are too tight now. I'm nowhere near as fat as I was before, but I need to nip it in the bud now before it grows. And I need to set a new goal and loose even more weight. The good news is that I know I can do it because I've done it before thanks to assistance thanks to my online mentor here and to my Master, Whaas (fl Whass, slvgrl49).

Diet Support

Sir is taking me into service through September to help me loose 20 more lbs. He would like me to relate my program and see if anyone would like to provide support or input.

Since last July, thanks to MasterJPG, I have already lost about 20 - 25 lbs. I was faithful to a diet regimen through January, and after that I mainted the weightloss for about 5 more months.

Now I'd like to lose the last 20 lbs. My Sir has developed the following program for me:

1. 1300 calories per day

150 and holding

I want to say that I have weighed 150 lbs since December 2009.  That's a total of nearly 20+ lbs lost.  I've held steady all this time, and now I plan to loose another 20 lbs this summer. 

My new BDSM diet plan will begin Next Monday, on July 1!  I'm very excited to knock off this last 20 lbs, and I know I can do as I already did it once before.

153 and counting!

I know it's been a long time since I reported in.  I have continued to stick to my diet and my training.

This week I have weighed in at between 152 and 153 every day.  That's a good sign that my weight loss is steady.

I'm sticking to my low calorie diet, and I have to say that by not consuming empty calories, I'm never hungry. 

I'm eating oatmeal with flax seed and trail mix, and I have a cup of coffee, too.

 Well, now, this is just unbelievable, but since my last post, I have lost almost 2 more lbs. I don't know how that happened, to be honest, because I haven't been able to keep up with the entire work out program. I must say that I think the nightly walks combined with daily weigh-in and calorie count has made it all possible.

14 lbs gone

I am so excited to report that I have lost a total of 14 lbs.  When I started this program I weighed 175+ a few ozs.  Now, I weigh 161 + a few ozs. I've used two scales to corrobarate this since I can hardly believe it. I'm wearing clothes I last wore two years ago, and they are slightly loose in the but and thighs.  I feel good, and I've really learned that it's all about making the right food choices, and following a regular exercise program.!

Checkin' in

Well, things are starting to fall into a less chaotic routine now.  And I'm continuing to lose weight, albeit in small amounts. In the last two weeks, I've lost two lbs. That brings my total up to 12 lbs.  I'm so happy about that. 

I'm not sure, but I think that may qualify me for an orgasm!  Although I've been too tired to masturbate lately anyway.  I hope that by the weekend, I will receive permission. 

My total caloric intake has been less than 1200.  These last two days, I'm sure it was less.

Hectic, Horny, and Maintaining

 Well, this has been a hectic week.  My entire schedule has been overhauled and so my training program has been reorganized. 

I have been able to maintain my calorie intake to 1200 a day.  I try to eat a lot of veg and healthy protein and some healthy fat.

My exercise routine has been disrupted terribly, but I have managed to work in 15 minutes in the morning and move my longer training to the evening. Even though I am wiped out when I get home in the evening, I still manage to take a 45 minute walk/jog.

 So, I have been getting used to my new schedule with life, work, and my BDSM weight loss training program. Apparently, stress has taken the best of me.  I've had to cut down a little on my exercise and refocused on my diet.
