Dominance and submission, upon the surface, seems a kinky sort of thing, if you are looking at it from the non-reflective, and highly hypocritical as well as entirely judgmental vanilla POV. However, if you consider the basic dynamic of it, it's really the only logical way for two (or more,) people to harmoniously exist. This is seen time and again throughout all of recorded history.
