I was just out of the front of my house having a smoke. I know it is not good for me, i won't smoke in the house becasuse i hate the smell and the stains on the walls. I find it hard to give up the lack of emotional control i have when i give up causes me to go into a downward spin. Am just wondering if Daddy can give me the emotional support and control i need, the pain i need, giving me the high i need to control giving up.

Has anyone used this to help someone give it up or have they used this themselves to give up. Would appreciate some comments on this.
