If this is all entirely foreign but intriguing to you, something completely new and different, you should truly have no worries, as most start out thinking they are vanilla, only to finally realise, as apparently you are doing now, they are nothing of the sort, really. It is, in fact, a rather self-awareness activity, when one chooses to take assessment of one's own reality and how the environment has taken its part in the moulding of both the mind and the spirit...even the body, in many many cases.
