Actually it is my second post,and admit to being curious why you started your answer with that statement..Naturally being tit hung has caused some internal tearing,but no permanent changes that are visible.

Once you get your weight taken steadily it is quite safe.You do need to be careful that you are not so heavy that you risk tearing your flesh.I have been hung for 15 minutes many times.
