I don't know about training or hypnosis for the wasps, but I have seen a video where a woman was tied down, with straps on her thighs and tummy too, and a man with long tweezers (to hold the insects) made 2 or 3 wasps sting her clit and nipples until they couldn't sting anymore, I don't know if it was consentual or not, she didn't seem to see it coming.
