Something Similar
My cousin who lives in California told me something similar kandace. He said they got, either it was 1 or maybe 2" of snow a few years back and he said it pretty much "crippled" L.A.
A couple of inches in the Midwest is laughable so I guess its all in what you're used to. You know, I've lived everywhere, North, South, East and West but the Midwest is where I was born and for whatever reason I seem to levitate back to these parts. That picture just was too much of a reminder...like sticker shock I guess. LOL!
