Since a few days I try to go chat but when it is loading and LOADING MAIN CHAT WINDOW 19% comes up that is when it stops, please advice.

Here's my guess - and that's all it is: You're using a dialup Internet service that runs slow and/or you don't have the current versions of Java or Flash installed on your computer.
