Week Two for BITCH HOG

 I sent this to BITCH HOG aka subslave47 as a private message but I thought I'd share some of this with those of you interested with keeping up with the "program" and/or her personal progress and humiliation.

 

To those interested on hearing more just contact me or view her blog which is updated just about daily.

P.S. To date Bitch Hog has lost 3 1/2 lbs.

Continue with week one instructions

 

General Rules:

 

1. You will always address me with respect. I am not your master but I am still your superior.

 

2. You will follow the tasks to the letter. Otherwise you are only cheating yourself from the purpose of this "program" and wasting both our time

 

3. You will update me at the very least twice weekly on your status, ideally daily. 

 

4. You will keep track of all your meals and report them back in your status.

 

5. You will not have an orgasm unless permitted as a reward for weight loss in varying degrees (If you have a lover or husband you may have sex with them but you yourself are not allowed to let yourself finish)

 

WEEK 2: PICKING UP THE PACE/ PHYCH ADJUSTMENTS

 

Task 1: From this point on the program you must wear your title on your body somewhere at all times in permanent marker, this can be hidden in public of course. example: "BITCH HOG" on your ass, pussy, tit(Drunk, or stomach. You must dedicate yourself half an hour each morning to reflect on yourself, your condition, and the "program"  naked in front of the mirror.

 

Task 2: Start charting your measurements for the weeks. ex: arms, stomach, bust, bottom, thighs, legs, etc. Begin a chart of your goal weight loss for the week vs your actual. This is your weekly home work from now on to be reported on at the end of the week. Graphs are a good way to do this. You are creating a portfolio of memories to see how far you come.

 

Task 3: Weight training will be done in the hottest room in your house (ex: garage, attic, basement)  from now on in addition to your warm up stretches as well as 25 push ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks each day.

 

Task 4: You are only allowed to wash your work out clothes twice a week from now on and you will continue to wear these clothes whenever you possibly can.

 

Task 5: Whenever no one is home you will turn off your central air to sweat at home even when you aren't working out. You can turn it on in time to cool it back down before anyone gets home though. Likewise other than fans and opening your window you are no longer allowed car AC when you drive alone.

 

Task 6: Every meal eaten alone will be eaten without utensils on the floor.

 

Overview: This week has more to do with humiliation than anything else. You must learn that being a BITCH HOG is not acceptable and you might as well act like what you are as much as you can for the time being until you earn human-slave-object status at the end of the "program". 

 

 

Week Two will start July 26, 2009 and will go on from there at my discretion.

 

I accept honesty, integrity, and loyalty to this program. Your punishments for non-compliance will range from fasting, corporeal punishment, extra intense work out session, to abandonment from myself completely and the program
