Depending on your reason or goal for this "bug play", you can do it in many different ways. A couple ways I have done is as follows:

Take a small clear plastic cup (so you can see inside it) and place a honeybee inside it. Be sure you know the difference between a yellow jacket (wasp) and a honey bee, there are several different kinds of honeybees, so be careful. A yellow jacket will sting you many times, whereas a honeybee only once.

When you place the honey bee in the cup you can cover the cup with a piece of paper to keep her inside. Then place the cup, upside down of course, on the skin and pull away the paper. Now using some medical tape you can tape the cup to the skin so the honeybee cannot get out. Now you can just walk about with the cup(s) on your skin. The honeybee might sting you it might not. But, like many girls, very unpredictable.

You can also do the same thing as above with the cups; however you can use cockroaches, ants or other creepy crawlies as you decide.

WARNING: Many people have insect allergies.

They may not even know of these allergies because they have not been stung or bitten by these insects. Many different kinds of bugs will bite when confined in this method. Cockroaches, for example do have a bite and many people can have an anaphylactic shock reaction. Not a good practice on those who have diverse allergies.
