Seems like the "open case" function for bugs & co. has been stopped or got a bug itself. Anyway there seems to be a problem with profiles in the chat, more often than not i get an "access denied" page and so do other users trying to access my profile during the chat.

Just a little information on top, the "access denied" issue is erratic, yesterday other users could at first not see the profile but accessed it later on without problem, same thing with my acess to their profiles, although one of them kept being denied.

As to the second part of your posr, I am puzzled as to the cause of this, we are aware that often this happens with "empty" or minimally filled out profiles but yours should display, I will submit a case on this for you and see what admin has to say
