I use the pain method when I train a new girl, my way is to use a 3 stage punishment, a first mistake or failed task gets a slave a punishment, the second time she makes the same mistake or fails in the same task her punishment is harsher,the third time the same mistake happens the punishment is harder, sooner or later the slave will learn. When I have a live in slave, I also like to use a punishment day, a slave is punished on the spot but it also counts towards her punishment day, I like her to know that she has a punishment coming on a given day as I like her to remember what she did wrong and dread that day, I feel it helps with her training. I have used monday evening at 6pm for this in the past, I expect I shall use the same time and day again.
